I do offer custom options for many of the items, both physical and digital. Please contact me via Etsy messages prior to purchasing so I can be sure to provide the best possible service and solution. There may be an extra charge depending on the additional work or items needed to complete the order. This will all be disclosed prior to your custom listing being created!

I do offer a generic gift wrapping option. This is not gender/identity specific. Please add this when purchasing your items. If you want a specific, custom wrapping, such as colors, etc. please contact me prior to purchase to make sure I am able to fulfill that requirement.

Bulk order discounts are available. Bulk order is over at least 25 of the same items (no customization or changes). This quantity may vary by item. To receive a bulk order quote please message me through Etsy messages for pricing, production times, etc. A custom listing will then be created for you. If you purchase prior to contacting me, unfortunately I won’t be able to do a discount.
No coupons or discounts will be allowed on custom bulk listings as the price is firm once agreed upon. Price paid in full is required prior to production time beginning.

Please see your Etsy email sent once your payment is complete. You can also access your downloads under your purchases on a web browser. You cannot download from the app at this time.

Computers often mislabel SVG files to look like they are web browser links. This is the default setting for most computers. When you are looking to find the file, I have labeled most by type in the title, or you can right click and go to properties to see the file type; or hover over the file and the computer often tells you. It’s a great idea to set SVG files to your graphic program default instead of the web browser default to mitigate this issue.

My files are delivered in a ZIP file, which temporarily compresses a folder in order to allow it to download without taking forever. All of my files are within the folders you download and have to be unzipped. This process will vary depending on the device you are using. On a PC you will right click and extract all. Then the files will be displayed in a new folder in the designated location for your full access and use.

Please take the time to read what file types are offered before proceeding to purchase. Occasionally I can help you with another file type if you message me in Etsy messages. However some designs do not work well in other file types and that is why they are not offered. I do my best to help you create the items you dream of and will work with you if I can to deliver them.
